Very simple tool to use in setting fuel supply valve height and ensuring proper valve needle main jet seat seal and primer bulb internal valve seal at 8 to 10 P.S.I. (check owners manual as this pressure will vary) for correct fuel distribution through carburetor (prevents flooding/Lean-out conditions)
